By submitting this form, I authorize European Automotive Specialists to work on my vehicle. I agree to pay the specified amount provided in the estimate upon completion of repair within 24 hours of notification. I also agree that I must pay of fee of $210 if my vehicle is inspected, an estimate is provided, but I decline repairs.
