In order to give each customer the specialized attention their vehicle deserves, an appointment is required. We are unable to take walk-in customers at this time. We also require that the customer drop-off the vehicle at the scheduled appointment time. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we do not allow customers to wait in the lobby while the vehicle is being serviced.
